Call me Hayes, I go by my last name. I am a Senior UX/UI Designer residing in Portland, OR. I graduated from DAAP, spent five wonderful years at frog design, played the freelance game for a while and settled down as Senior Product Designer at Nike WHQ.
I am authentic to my values, an arbitrator between business goals and user needs, a good ally in debate. I approach problems with an objective philosophy, a strong voice and an empathetic perspective.
