Advancing Nike's Design & Manufacturing

CMG is the cornerstone application in a suite of proprietary internal Nike apps built to evolve the design and development process as part of a company-wide initiative to enable better product decisions and respond to market trends at twice the speed. Continuing the work originated by R/GA, I worked with engineering and product management to build out the UX and visual assets for advanced features, QA the UX/UI after development, suggest improvements to the experience and evolve the design component library. In parallel, we were learning about the Nike’s product design process for the first time, receiving feedback through our first business simulation, and marketing our initiatives internally within Nike.
